Modern Romance Proposals was founded by Vicky Rahmic, an award-winning luxury wedding planner and creative director known for designing extraordinary celebrations across Perth and beyond.
After years of planning weddings and witnessing the excitement of engagement stories, Vicky recognised that the proposal itself was often overlooked. Many people were left to organise the moment alone, trying to manage locations, timing and styling while keeping the surprise intact.
Yet a proposal is one of the most meaningful moments in a relationship. It deserves the same level of care, creativity and attention as any other milestone.

Known for designing extraordinary celebrations and experiences, Vicky brings the same level of creativity, precision and attention to detail to every proposal created by Modern Romance Proposals.
Her role is to oversee the creative direction and ensure every proposal experience reflects the high standards the brand is known for.

Client Coordination & Operations
Nicka manages the coordination behind the scenes, supporting the planning process and ensuring every proposal runs smoothly.
From logistics and communication to supplier coordination, Nicka ensures each proposal experience is organised and prepared with care.

Diana works closely with clients to design proposal concepts and experiences that feel thoughtful, romantic and personal.
She assists with concept development, styling ideas and bringing the vision of each proposal to life.

Kristy leads the on-site setup of proposal experiences.
