How far in advance should I book my proposal?
We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks ahead for full design flexibility. That said, we specialise in last-minute magic we’ve pulled off proposals in as little as 24–48 hours. If your date is free, we’ll make it happen.
Do you offer bespoke proposals?
Absolutely. Many of our clients want something truly one-of-a-kind. From yachts to helicopters, private villas to custom themes, we design once-in-a-lifetime experiences. Bespoke packages start from $10,000+and are limited to a small number each month.
What if it rains or something goes wrong?
We always have a Plan B(and usually a Plan C). If weather changes or a vendor issue arises, we pivot seamlessly. Your partner won’t notice the moment will still be perfect.
Will my partner find out beforehand?
No. Discretion is part of our job. We coordinate directly with you, use secure communication, and even liaise with venues/hotels without tipping anyone off. Our clients often say their partner was “completely shocked” in the best way.
Can I choose the location?
Of course. If you have a place in mind, a favourite beach, park, or private property we’ll bring your vision to life. If you’re unsure, we’ll recommend stunning Perth locations and hidden gems we’ve styled hundreds of times.
Do you also plan proposals outside Perth?
Yes. While Perth is home, we design proposals across Australia and internationally. Travel fees apply, but we have trusted vendors in Sydney, Melbourne, Bali, Italy and beyond.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
Life happens. We allow rescheduling with advance notice (subject to vendor/venue policies). Cancellations may forfeit deposits as we’ve already booked vendors and locked in your date. Full details are in your proposal agreement.
