Delivery & Collection Policy
Modern Romance Proposals
Modern Romance Proposals does not offer standard shipping services.
All physical items, hire elements, and styling components are delivered, installed, collected, or made available for collection as part of a booked service or experience.
Delivery
Where delivery is included or arranged, delivery details will be confirmed in writing prior to the booking date.
Delivery fees, if applicable, are quoted separately and are non-refundable.
Delivery times are approximate and may be impacted by traffic, weather, venue access, or circumstances beyond our control.
Collection
Some items may be made available for client collection where agreed in writing.
Collection times and locations will be confirmed in advance. Failure to collect items at the agreed time does not entitle the client to a refund, credit, or extension.
Installation and Pack-Down
Where items are delivered as part of a styled proposal or experience, installation and pack-down are carried out by Modern Romance Proposals or our appointed team.
Clients are not permitted to self-install or modify styling items unless expressly agreed in writing.
No Shipping
We do not post, courier, or ship physical items unless expressly stated in writing.
Any request for shipping must be approved in advance and may incur additional fees. Approved shipping requests remain subject to our no refunds, no returns policy.
Risk and Responsibility
Risk for hired or delivered items passes to the client once items are delivered, installed, or collected.
The client is responsible for any loss, damage, theft, or misuse of items from delivery or collection until pack-down or return.
Damaged or missing items will be charged at full replacement cost.
Delays and Access
Clients are responsible for ensuring clear access for delivery, setup, and collection.
Delays caused by restricted access, venue issues, or client unavailability do not entitle the client to refunds, credits, or reduced fees.
